All my recipe suggestions in The Essential Student Cooking Guide have been cooked by me, a kitchen incompetent, and if I can make them taste great, then I think near enough anyone can! They are designed to be really easy for students to do even without weighing scales. I cook on a budget of £20 a week on average, so they should all be well in the student price range and ingredients should be very easy to find!
